Soldiers have front line sex orgy

GREEK Cypriot soldiers involved in a wild sex party at a guard post on the divided Mediterranean islands Green Line were banished to remote corners of the country as punishment, a newspaper has reported.
Politics Daily said up to 10 army recruits were involved in an all-night romp in the Nicosia sector of the no-man's land with a mother-of-three who had them queuing up for more.
"The soldiers formed an orderly line outside the room waiting to have sex one-by-one. At one point two soldiers came along to serve food, even they didn't leave unsatisfied," it said.
Although the woman happily went through the ranks, from lowly privates to the officer in charge, military top brass frowned on her escapades.
The troops were undone when one of the participants decided to capture the moment with his mobile phone and forwarded the video images to fellow recruits.
Army chiefs got wind of what was going on and an internal inquiry was launched.
Those involved were disciplined and had time added on to their length of service, which is 24 months for conscripts, Politis said.
The Greek Cypriot national guard declined to comment on the report.
Cyprus has been divided into Greek- and Turkish-Cypriot sectors since 1974, when Turkish troops seized its northern third in response to an Athens-engineered Greek Cypriot coup aimed at uniting the island with Greece.

Judge ends wet T-shirt contests in nightclubs
Temporary order cites city's zoning
By David Wren
The Sun News
For now, wet T-shirt contests are illegal in Myrtle Beach unless they are held in areas zoned for sexually oriented businesses, an Horry County judge said Tuesday before issuing a temporary restraining order against three nightclubs that have held such contests.
The temporary order is in effect until a hearing for a permanent injunction can be held. That hearing has not been scheduled.
"Wet T-shirt and booty-shake contests ... are a violation of city ordinances," Judge Stan Cross said after hearing testimony from undercover police officers and watching videos of contests held at two of the nightclubs - Hog Wild and Marti's, both located on Kings Highway.
Representatives from Hog Wild and Marti's did not appear in court because the nightclubs have agreed not to fight the temporary injunction. Hog Wild has closed, and Marti's said it no longer will hold wet T-shirt contests.
An attorney for the third nightclub, the Freaky Tiki on Ocean Boulevard, said he will appeal Tuesday's ruling because he thinks the zoning laws are too broad and violate free speech and equal protection rights.
"The statute is vague and unconstitutional," attorney Ralph Wilson said.
None of the nightclubs is in an area zoned for adult entertainment.
Tuesday's ruling means the Freaky Tiki cannot hold wet T-shirt contests unless it wins an appeal or the city fails to get a permanent injunction.
Wilson said that is irrelevant because the Freaky Tiki was forced to close last week after Cross, in a separate case, called the nightclub a public nuisance that encourages lewd and illegal behavior among its patrons. Wilson said he also will appeal that ruling.
"It is impossible, without them violating a court order, to have any activity in the club, much less a wet T-shirt contest," Wilson said.
Undercover police officers with Myrtle Beach and the State Law Enforcement Division testified Tuesday that they have seen dozens of wet T-shirt contests in recent years.
"Each of the contests I've seen follows the same track," one officer said.
He said the con
tests "start out mild" but get racier as each contestant tries to outdo the previous one. By the end of the contest, the police officer said, women often are totally nude.
Two videos shown during the hearing featured wet T-shirt contestants at Hog Wild and Marti's removing their shirts and dancing suggestively. At one point, Cross asked Michael Battle, the city's attorney, to stop the video.
"I think we've seen enough," the judge said.
There was no video from the Freaky Tiki, but Battle showed photos taken from the club's Web site that feature scenes from a wet T-shirt contest. (Funny, the club and the site are closed!!!)
Wilson objected to the evidence, saying the hearing was to determine whether illegal activity had taken place in the Freaky Tiki, not on its Web site.
Cross accepted the evidence, however, saying the Web site photos are indicative of the type of activity taking place at the nightclub.
Under questioning, the police officers said they had not seen a wet T-shirt contest at the Freaky Tiki this year and had not made any arrests during the contests they witnessed last year.
In response to Wilson's questioning, the SLED officer said he never reported any activity taking place at the Freaky Tiki to Myrtle Beach police.
"If you believe what you saw was illegal conduct, would you have reported it?" Wilson asked.
"Probably so," the SLED officer said.
Wilson told Cross he was concerned about the lack of evidence against the Freaky Tiki and asked the judge to dismiss the case.
But Cross granted the temporary injunction, saying what he saw in the videos and heard from police convinced the 63-year-old judge "my generation is the most naive generation that ever lived."
Battle said getting an injunction is the best way to stop sexually oriented contests in clubs catering to tourists. He said arresting the contests' participants has not been an effective deterrent in the past.

Update on Earlier Story
Signs of life emerge in French quarter as bars, cabaret reopen
By Jay RootKnight Ridder Newspapers

NEW ORLEANS - Let the faint of heart worry about Hurricane Rita. Saint Jones just wants the power back on so he can give all the men roaming Bourbon Street what he says they want to see: naked women.
"Military. Press. Firemen. Policemen. Just men in general," said Jones, manager of the shuttered Big Daddy's Topless/Bottomless cabaret in the French Quarter. "Men want women. What do you think guys are going to spend their money on?"
Known for its booze, jazz and topless bars, the French Quarter is slowly coming back to life, even as city officials urge people to evacuate in case Hurricane Rita, brewing in the Gulf of Mexico, adds more grief and devastation to New Orleans.
A handful of bars, souvenir shops and at least one topless cabaret have begun to open their doors as electricity returns, block by block. The word "OPEN" was hand-painted on the boarded-up windows of Deja Vu Showgirls, signaling that the club had power and dancers at the ready.
"We opened up for all the people helping us out, to show them a good time," said Brent Ardenaux, manager of Deja Vu. He said the club, offering half-priced drinks, was filled to the brim Monday night with Hurricane Katrina relief workers.
"We were slam-packed," Ardenaux said. "We were standing room only for a while."
Minutes after he spoke, as if on cue, two men came by Deja Vu to ask when the bar would open Tuesday night.
Jones, a couple of blocks down Bourbon Street, has no doubt that Big Daddy's, too, will do a brisk business if he can get his electricity back on. The club is best known for the pair of mannequin legs, in fishnet and high heels, that swings in and out of the front window. Jones can't open yet, but he fired up a portable generator to keep those legs moving.
"It's kind of like a symbol. If the legs are swinging, it's like Bourbon Street is opening back up," Jones said. "Everybody comes to Bourbon Street looking for those legs."

Jurors Will See Judge's Alleged Sex Toy
By KELLY KURT Associated Press Writer
The Associated PressThe Associated Press
BRISTOW, Okla. Sep 20, 2005 — Jurors hearing the case against a former judge accused of exposing himself in his Creek County courtroom will be allowed to see the sex toy at the center of the state's allegations, a judge ruled Tuesday in rejecting a defense motion.
They also can hear testimony that a second "penis pump" was seen under former District Judge Donald Thompson's bench, among other evidence Thompson's attorneys sought to have barred from next week's scheduled trial.
"It's so fantastic and so unconnected to factual support, and so prejudicial," attorney Clark Brewster complained in trying to convince Judge C. Allen McCall to suppress some state evidence.

Only in America

1. Can a pizza get to your house faster than an ambulance.
2. Are there handicap parking places in front of a skating rink.
3. Do drugstores make the sick walk all the way to the back of the store to get their prescriptions while healthy people can buy cigarettes at the front.
4. Do people order double cheese burgers, large fries, and a diet coke.
5. Do banks leave both doors open and then chain the pens to the counters.
6. Do we leave cars worth thousands of dollars in the driveway and put our useless junk in the garage.
7. Do we use answering machines to screen calls and then have call waiting so we won't miss a call from someone we didn't want to talk to in the first place.
8. Do we buy hot dogs in packages of ten and buns in packages of eight.
9. Do we use the word 'politics' to describe the process so well: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.
10. Do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille.

Flying Meatballs: Feuding Families Have Food Fight At Olive Garden
Families Had Been Feuding For Some Time, Police Say
A night out at a Colorado Olive Garden Restaurant landed six people in jail after two families who've had a long-standing beef with one another brawled inside the restaurant.
Valerie Baca, Lawerence Bettale Jr., Rene Bettale, Lawrence Bettale Sr. and two teens were arrested after an off-duty police officer used a stun gun to control the fight.
Westminster, Colo., police said two families who have been feuding were seated near one another Wednesday night and it came to a boiling point when one of the families was leaving and made a snide remark or gesture to the other family.
Police said bottles were broken, furniture was thrown, food was flying.
An off-duty police officer had just walked out of the door when the fight broke out, so a person ran out to get him, said Stephanie Topkoff with Westminster Police Department.
The officer tried to tame the fighting families and eventually had to use his stun gun, Topkoff said. The group now faces charges of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

TOKYO (Reuters) - A Japanese woman called in the police after a hitman she paid to kill her lover's wife failed to carry out the job.
The 32-year-old Tokyo woman was arrested Wednesday for incitement to murder, the Daily Yomiuri newspaper said Friday.
The woman contacted a private detective through a Web site last November and paid him 1 million yen in cash to murder her love rival, the paper said.
The 40-year-old detective accepted the money and suggested he could carry out the job by chasing the victim on a motorcycle and spraying her with a biological agent in a tunnel.
Police also arrested the private detective and found the alleged target safe and well, the paper said

I've had customers piss me off, but DAMN!!!
Store Clerk Urinated Into Soda, Making Customer Ill
Publix Officials Confirm Employee Urinated In Mountain Dew Bottle
DELTONA, Fla. -- A convenience store worker has admitted urinating into a soda bottle, causing a customer who drank from it to become violently ill, his bosses say.Publix officials confirmed to Local 6 News that an employee urinated in a Mountain Dew bottle and put it on the store shelves at the Publix-owned Pix convenience store located off Howland in Deland, Fla. Publix Super Markets spokesman Dwaine Stevens said the accused employee was suspended after the company learned of the incident this week. An internal investigation is being completed. Lab tests done by Publix on the contaminated Mountain Dew confirmed the soda contained urine, Stevens said. The supermarket giant owns the Pix chain. "It is an isolated incident done by one of our associates," Stevens said. "Whatever measure is necessary, it will be executed and the employee will be dealt with." Publix has not filed a criminal complaint but the option has not been ruled out, Stevens said. The victim, a foreman with a Daytona Beach construction company, became suspicious of the drink after he chugged the beverage last week, his attorney, Daniel Newlin, said "He vomited three or four times afterward," said Newlin, who did not release his client's name in order to protect the man's privacy. Newlin said that upon the advice of an infectious-disease doctor, the victim was being tested for diseases such as gonorrhea and hepatitis C. "We're hopeful that the person who did this wasn't carrying any sexual, or otherwise, virus that could cause him harm," Newlin said. "Unfortunately, the doctors were very concerned."Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.
A different version of the story here, seems pee isn't all that bad!!!.
